SSB Coaching:
Olive Greens has the country’s highest pass percentage at the SSB level, way beyond any other comparable training institution. It follows a specialized, result oriented system of preparation for NDA / CDS written exam and SSB Coaching based on the “Two Stage Selection System” currently in vogue at the Selection Centres.

OBL Training Programs:
Olive Greens is the OBL partner of choice for various corporate houses, across verticals. It has developed a series of OBL interventions, based on self evaluation, team dynamics and intra-group activities, aimed at building strong interpersonal relationships and improving team efficiencies. Our service offerings include Personality and Aptitude Assessment, Leadership and Team Building Programs and Soft Skills Development Modules.

Olive Greens is headquartered in Chandigarh. The Bangalore facility is fully equipped to coach SSB candidates in a 100 % GTO look alike ground, as well as host a wide variety of corporate OBL training programs.

ABOUT US

All our lead trainers / facilitators are senior ex-Army officers, who have been assessors and members of the various Services Selection Boards across the country and have been trained at the elite Defence Institute of Psychological Research, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi.

The Olive Greens Bangalore campus features an outdoor obstacle course that exactly mirrors those at various SSBs across the country. The training ground covers all aspects of SSB Testing, including Leaderless Group Tasks, Command Tasks, Group Obstacle Race & Individual Obstacles. This sprawling campus is on the Hennur – Bagalur Road.

We offer comfortable, on-campus hostel facilities for our SSB trainees. Separate arrangements, also on-campus, exist for lady SSB candidates.

WHY US?

We have imparted training to over 4000 candidates who successfully cleared the SSB and are currently serving officers in the armed forces. Our pass percentage of 45%, is the highest in the country. 70% of the women candidates we train are selected at the SSBs. We also have a 90% selection rate in Stage I of testing at SSBs across the country. No other institute is better placed to train candidates for the SSB.

Our infrastructure is unparalleled in South India. We have the only ground that is an exact replica of the outdoor GTO tasks at the various SSBs. Our core assessors (GTO, Psychologist & Interviewing Officer) are all trained from the prestigious Defence Institute of Psychological Research, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi and have served at the many SSBs.

COURSES SSB TRAINING

Olive Greens specializes in preparing candidates for the ‘Two Stage Selection System', currently in vogue at SSBs across the country. The advantage that Olive Greens offers is an outdoor facility that is an exact replica of the SSB, sited over 2 acres of lush green open space with adequate tree cover. The outdoor facility includes over 15 Command Tasks, numerous Group Tasks (PGTs, HGTs and FGTs), all Individual Obstacles and Group Obstacles (Snake Race).

The indoor facilities include comfortable seminar halls and class rooms, where all the Screening Tests, Psychological Tests and SSB Interviews are conducted. In addition, all candidates are put through a Personality Development Programme in the afternoons. Olive Greens adopts a systematic approach that is based on training, evaluation and feedback. This helps candidates understand their inherent strengths and weaknesses, thereby bettering their chances of success.

Olive Greens has the highest pass percentage in the country among SSB Training institutions.

OBL

Olive Greens has evolved a series of OBL interventions, based on self evaluation, team dynamics and intra-group activities, all designed to foster strong interpersonal relationships and achieve better team efficiencies. These training modules have been developed around the Gestalt Theory Of The Inter-Related Whole. Our OBL programs are conducted at our training facility on Hennur Road, 20 minutes from Mekhri Circle, and at lush green environs of Stay Simple resorts at Goa, Ooty, Coorg, Sakleshpur, Hassan and other select resort properties across South India. Our training schedules are structured as 2 to 3 day outdoor activity based programs, for management staff, with a focus on the following:

	Mrs. Nanu Singh: MSc, Industrial Psychology. PG Diploma in Psychometric Testing and Measurement Techniques. Certified to conduct Assessment & Development Centre for Competency Based Management. Fresh batches start every Monday. Candidates for SSB Coaching must report by 1800 Hrs on Sundays or 0800 Hrs on Mondays, at the City Reporting Office for free transport to training campus & hostel. Candidates must bring their outdoor kits, 2 photographs & supporting documents with them.
